He showed me the car fax which indicated that the truck had never been in an accident, and told me that sometimes, if the damage is minor, it never makes it to the car fax. Or that the accident report hasn't yet made it to the car fax people. My point is that he was honest and up front. Great communication after the sale. When he got the registration, he sent me a picture to confirm, and the original arrived a couple of days later. He has a niche market in that he gets low mileage rentals that have mild damage, repairs them correctly, and is able to offer much lower prices. I got a great truck and a great deal. I can recommend Ray."

At that time, they were very cooperative and did everything they could to assist me with getting the paperwork completed and cooperated with my lending institution without question. I was very relieved of that because, previously, I had a really bad encounter with some car sale 'sharks' who mislead me and intentionally said things to persuade me to use a different funding source that would have changed the dynamics of the sale drastically. As soon as I realized what they were doing, I walked out on them and went to Magic Imports. Magic Imports was a 'breath of fresh air' compared to them. Until my accident, that car gave me little trouble and was all they had told me it would be."
